Twin brothers Andrej and Filip Janev. We listen first, then build small software that keeps working after we leave. Our own product, Balkan Borders, tracks border queues across the Balkans.

01What we do for clients

Scrapers, dashboards, releases, launches.

> refresh --hourly

Live data products

Your scattered sources become one fast page people trust: scrapers, data pipelines and sites that refresh themselves.

Balkan Borders · 93 crossings, refreshed hourly

> report --weekly

Automation and analytics

Weekly reports are where people lose their best hours. We turn the spreadsheet chore into a script and the script into a dashboard.

Spread Great Ideas · four manual reports became one dashboard

> qa --release

Product, QA and integrations

Releases without surprises. We write specs engineers can build from, and test until the bugs turn up on our side instead of your customers'.

5 SaaS apps · 98% customer satisfaction

> campaign --launch

Launch and growth

Landing pages that convert, and Meta and TikTok campaigns that find the people who actually buy. Filip runs paid social for several brands at once at a Benelux ad agency today.

02Work · our own product

Balkan Borders

Live border waits and cameras for the Balkans, from official sources.

93 border crossings · 114 live cameras · 6 languages · 4,000+ automated tests

  1. Andrej drives to Greece often, and every trip started with the same search: how long is the border? Official wait times exist, but they are spread across police, customs and auto-club sites, in different languages and formats, and two countries publish none at all. So we built the one page he wanted.

One builds it. The other makes people want it.

Andrej builds it, Filip tells people about it.

Illustrated portrait of Andrej Janev

Andrej Janev

Co-founder · data, product and automation

Builds the data pipelines and automations, then the product and UI on top, after ten years of remote work that began as a side job in support and ran through product, tech ops, and analytics. How we work

Verify before we claim

Two pairs of eyes on every number. If we say it works, we watched it work.

Ship small, then measure

One change, seen live, then judged on data, not on how it felt to build.

Write it down

Decisions get their reasons recorded, so the next person, or the next us, doesn't relearn them.

How a project starts

  1. step 1

Tell us what's broken or manual

A few lines on the problem, the tools you use today and what done looks like.

  2. step 2

    Get a written scope

We read it, ask what we need to, then send a short scope with a price before any work starts.

  3. step 3

    Watch it ship

Small releases you can see live, each one checked against the numbers.

  4. step 4

    Own what we built

You keep the code, the docs and the access.
